1. Validity of Terms of Sale

1.1. The Terms of Sale apply to purchases of goods from the Emilybeauty OÜ online store between the buyer and the company.

1.2. Emilybeauty OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Sale. Such changes will be reflected on the Emilybeauty.ee website.

1.3. The images of the products in the online store are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual products.

2. Prices

2.1. All prices in the Emilybeauty OÜ online store include 22% VAT.

2.2. The price will be added to the price for transportation according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer.

3. Placing an order

3.1. Add the desired item to the shopping cart.

3.2. To view the contents of the shopping cart, select “Shopping cart” in the upper right corner of the website.

3.3. To place an order, select the method of delivery that suits you.

3.4. After selecting the delivery method, fill in the required data fields with your details.

3.5. After entering the data, select the payment method that suits you.

3.6 To confirm the order, check the box "Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions" and then select "Next".

4. Entry into force of the sales contract

4.1. Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 7 days after the order is placed.

4.2. The sales contract will enter into force after the payment made by the buyer is received in the bank account of Emilybeauty OÜ.

5. Delivery

5.1. After the sales contract comes into force, the goods can be picked up from the selected parcel machine.

5.2. For prompt delivery, when placing an order, provide true and valid data from the selected parcel machine when entering the delivery data.

5.3. Emilybeauty OÜ is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Emilybeauty OÜ could not influence or foresee.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

6.2. The returned product must be unopened.

6.3. To return the goods, a free-form withdrawal form must be submitted and sent to info@emilybeauty.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

6.4. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.

6.5. All direct costs of withdrawal from the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Force majeure

7.1. Emilybeauty OÜ is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delays in the delivery of goods are due to circumstances that Emilybeauty OÜ could not influence or foresee.

8. Processing of personal data

8.1. By entering data in the online store and with the corresponding confirmation, the Buyer grants the right to collect and process the Buyer's personal data (name, contact phone number, parcel delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to forward personal data to logistics partners for the delivery of goods.

8.2. Emilybeauty has the right to use the Buyer's contact data to send advertising and other information to the Buyer.

8.3. The Buyer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data at any time, except if it is necessary to collect a claim arising from the contract or to deliver the goods.

8.4. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the buyer's personal bank details, and the online store also has no access to them.

9. Filing claims

9.1. Emilybeauty OÜ and the buyer shall agree on the replacement of defective goods.

9.2. Emilybeauty OÜ is not liable for defects in the goods caused by the buyer's fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage or use of the goods.

9.3. If the goods do not meet the requirements or have defects, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@emilybeauty.ee, indicating the name of the person placing the order, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect with the conditions of the goods.

9.4. All complaints will be reviewed and the buyer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.

10. The buyer's right to contact the Consumer Complaints Commission

10.1. If Emilybeauty OÜ has refused to resolve the buyer's complaint or the buyer does not agree with the solution offered by Emilybeauty OÜ and finds that his rights have been violated or his interests have been harmed, the buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board. The buyer may file a complaint himself or through a representative.
